+ Do you install crawl space encapsulation systems?
The advertised services are water removal, drying, affected-material removal and mold removal. Complete encapsulation, new vapor barriers, permanent dehumidifier installation, drainage installation and repairs are outside this scope.
+ Why remove water before deciding on encapsulation?
An encapsulation proposal should account for existing water, wet materials and growth. Cleanup and drying do not replace correcting the source or designing a permanent moisture-control system.
+ Is mold testing offered?
No. Mold testing, air sampling, species identification and clearance testing are not offered. Moisture readings used to track drying are not mold testing.
+ Do you rebuild damaged walls, floors or framing?
No. Removal, drying and mold removal are the service limits. Structural repair, replacement materials, reconstruction and finishing require a separate qualified trade.
